    Honestly, they were awesome. Very kind and accommodating. They did a quote up front and then check my car before actually proceeding with the things that needed to be done. That was nice because they still gave me notice to make a decision on if I wanted to follow through with it. Very happy with my experience. A service place you can actually trust. My cars engine was blown and so I decided to junk it so It really helped that they were understanding and allowed me to leave my car briefly while I tried to find someone to tow it. Definitely recommend.

    Our experience with Charlie’s started online. Their web presence was striking and inspired confidence to call. Our call was answered by a clear caring communicator. Our concerns were quickly understood and we were welcome to show up for analysis the same day. Oh I forgot to mention we were in a motorhome (in the middle of a trip). We hustled in to make the appointment. In short order our issues were diagnosed and a plan was prepared to make the repairs. In the end the final price was significantly less than the estimate and time frame was less than estimated. In the whole process each and every person we communicated with went above and beyond expectations. We are completely satisfied with our experience at Charlie’s Service Center and do not hesitate to recommend their work to anyone.

    Good service on my RV. Compared prices with other RV repair places and they seem like good prices. I have other work to be done and will find out then how good. Update. Had them check out my dash AC. They found the problem, gave me options and repaired as I asked. Price was OK, for RV work and got a warranty on the AC. :) Update 10 Feb 2020, Got my emissions done for tags and I asked him about some of the issues I had read about. He grinned and said that he wanted to ask me about the hard bends in the exhaust just before the Y pipe. He gave me a good price on the work and I had him do the full LOF. When I came to pick it up, we were chatting and the office manager heard me say I am retired military. She gave me a 10% military discount. Good service, nice receptionist, nice office manager and good pricing. I will be getting all my RV work done at 'Charlies'. Update 22 Mar 22. Emissions done. Good work as always. Friendly and professional. Update, 30 Mar 26. Great service as always. I barely had time to walk next door to Maverick before he was done with emissions. BIG Thumbs Up 👍

    This was my first visit. They did a detailed inspection with pictures and found addition problems that I wasn't aware of. They priced out each repair and gave me options. They did good work and my final invoice was less than quoted. I was pleased with their service.

    I picked up my truck before closing hours this past Friday, I noticed Saturday morning that my front driver side finder had greasy hand prints on the top of finder, which lead me to see that a pretty good scratch from top to bottom was visible, probably the techs belt buckle or something. All I ask is that the techs not be so careless when working on customers vehicles, this could’ve been easily prevented with fender covers. John

    Jeff was great, I dropped my new motorhome I had just purchased a couple weeks ago for services oil change, generator service, wiper blades and emissions. upon dropping it off they took the time to listen to my needs and they offered me a water bottle while waiting for my uber. I got a inspection sent to my phone which was very awesome and was clear with photos of all future Maintenace and everything that checked off good. They were very honest and completed everything in a timely manner and kept me updated during the entire process. Even better about this experience is my mom and Charlie where very good friends and I got to know and meet him when the old location of the building was in sunset and also when it was the current. Thank you and I highly would recommend to bring not only your motorhome needs here but also your vehicle for services. Josh Shaw

Mechanics are great, knowledgeable, professional, and hard working always trying to return your vehicle safe and on time when possible.     Charlies is an A-1 service center, They had me park out back, and sent a technician to go pick it up and drive it in right away, it makes it a lot easier than trying to navigate a 40' motorhome in front parking lot besides he'll know which door to pull up to. They did a curtesy inspection and sent me the results same day, he triggered oil change off a previous Charlies sticker in my window, previous owner (I changed the oil myself) based on how long and #of miles driven. Low miles on our Pace Arrow only 27K/ Ford V-10 it sailed thru emission and they also have you a sticker, for registration, Make an appointment they are quick and convenient! Thanks Jeff, Good Job!

    I have a 2014 motorhome that end emissions and Utah registration renewal, Charlie's Service made a convenient appointment promptly. They were ready when I brought my 30 foot coach in. Testing was done on time and they sent me a checklist of items that were good and one that needed attention. I'll be back next year.

    Hannah and Justin are just the best Had a recently purchased older classic coach in for maintenance and repairs necessary for a trip to the east coast. It needed quite a bit, but the communication was outstanding, pricing was fair and the work was professional. 2,450 miles and four days later, coach performed flawlessly.     I was having problems with my gear shift getting stuck in park. Charlie’s got us in the same morning we called and explained what was happening. They have us a reasonable quote for a diagnostic test over the phone. When I got there, they got to work right away and had the problem figured out, fixed and tested in just under two hours. My total for fixing the problem was very reasonable, especially considering I no longer have to worry about getting stranded at the store with 4 kids :) I also brought my baby along and when I needed a place to change him, the receptionist was quick to accommodate us. They also had snacks and a place for toddlers to color (which is great if you have to wait there like I did). My car has a few other minor issues that we will fix eventually and Charlie’s will definitely be our first choice to take our vehicles into!

    I had an extremely easy setting up an appointment for my RV with Hannah. When I took my RV to be repaired, Jeff kept me in the loop as to what maintenance was being done and the price. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. The front office was welcoming and very clean and tidy. The technicians were respectful of my RV. I have used this business for over 30 years and have never been unhappy with results.

    I've been coming to this shop for about 3 years. I get my oil done here, its done right and the price stays reasonable. They have done my emissions and renewals. Fixed a skid plate after I hydroplaned on the freeway. It's stayed fixed. I highly recommend, I don't go anywhere for my service.

    I had a fresh water dump valve installed on my coach. The first time I went to use it, it didn't work. I had another trip planned for the following week. I called Hannah and she got me right in.     Got my 2006 Ram back on the road. After 200k miles hub seized up causing me to lose brakes while hauling a trailer. Scary but we survived. Charlies got it diagnosed and repaired quickly and its back on the road. Would do business again satisfied customer.

    I highly recommend Charlie's Service Center for your RV repairs. I bought my RV in September of 2023 and it had many issue's that needed repair. After several trips out on the road and returning to Charlie's for more repairs, this RV is in tip top shape. With any vehicle you get repaired sometimes there are unforeseen issue's that come up i.e. we had new jacks installed and one of the jacks lost its ground. I called and talked with Justin, he talked me through how to get the jack up and get us on our way. Once back in town Charlie's fixed the jack and had us back on the road again very quickly. Thank you for all the hard, it is a great feeling and peace of mind to know you can trust who is working on your RV knows what they are doing.

    Update……but no real change. As always, Charlie’s is amazing. They always go above and beyond. They always do an amazing job, get my truck in quickly and get the problem fixed. The office staff are amazing, have great customer service, and knowledgeable about what is going on.. I love how they explain and if possible, show everything going on before repairing and always upfront with costs. Charlie’s is amazing!     I took my Nissan Armada in to have emissions testing done and they couldn’t get it to run because of the check engine light. They originally quoted $1,300 to fix it, but their technician was able to do a engine clean out for $120! They do great work! Took my Jeep in to have the exhaust fixed for emissions testing and along with fixing the exhaust, they did the emissions testing for free! I have used Charlie's for a couple different vehicles and they have always done good work! Took in my GMC Yukon for a battery drain problem and they were able to test the battery and found a dead cell. Only took them a few minutes so they didn’t charge anything. I highly recommend Charlie’s!!! They have always treated me well with all the vehicle I have taken to them.

    They are so good to work with. I have never had a problem with them and if they don't figure out a problem, they will take your rig back and figure it out. Had my exhaust manifold gasket replaced. It failed a year later. They fixed it no charge. Warranty

    I called Charlie's Service Center and asked for a quote to replace my catalytic converter. They quickly gave me a quote and were extremely friendly during the entire process. The quoted price was extremely reasonable!! I was actually surprised when they quoted the price! I set up an appointment time to bring in my vehicle while on the phone. I also got a text reminder the day before and I appreciated that detail. I asked if I could drop off my vehicle a few hours prior to my appointment time and they were very accommodating to that. I also confirmed if it would be ok for my wife to pay and pick up when the repairs were finished since I would be at work. They were extremely understanding and helpful. They also made sure to quote me a time for when they estimated the repairs would be finished. They stuck to that time and got us back into our vehicle the same day! I was blown away at how good they were with customer service. All the reviews definitely don't lie. They are the place I will be bringing my vehicles too going forward! Thank you, for great service and quality repairs!!

    Did a great job replacing 2 of the control arms, an oxygen sensor and emissions on the Jeep. The automated scheduling tool works great, made the request and recieved notice of the appointment time via email within a couple hours. We always recieve an invoice email of the needed repairs followed by a phone call for any explanations. After repairs, another final invoice of work done. They sre through and complete. Never been happier with a repair shop! Do great on the RV also.

I came in for an oil change and because the state doesn't have mandatory inspections anymore, the service tech checked for any possible issues with my car.     We have used Charlie’s for years with zero complaints and lots of praise. This time was no different. After having our car break down and get towed to a dealership, we got an estimate on the repair (with a lot of other suggestions about so-called necessary repairs to systems that hadn’t been causing us issues) and had the car taken to Charlie’s. Charlie’s confirmed the one issue but also verified that the other repairs weren’t necessary. They did the original repair for about $500 less than the dealership and made sure we were roadtrip ready again! I’ll always use Charlie’s for our auto repairs! They are honest, great at communication, fair-priced, and quick as can be!

    If there's a way to give them 10 stars I would. I was broke down on the road 750 miles from home in my motorhome. They were completely booked but gave us a spot to park our motorhome and live in it while they waited for parts, then did an excellent job of getting us back on the road. Alberto did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. We are now safe and happy back home in Arizona.

    I am a transplant from San Diego County and getting the DMV done.. Needed the emissions done (in a panic mode) and pulled in (close to home) explained my needs... Got there at 4:07pm and I was pulling out at 4:31pm... Fastest garage and services done EVER.... Clean and Comfortable I STRONGLY RECCOMEND them and I will be back with my other cars

    I highly recommend! I had to get work on my car. They were so patient and very responsive and reassuring, especially knowing we all have a hard time trusting mechanics when we are putting our money in to something we don’t know much about. They listened to my concerns answered all my questions. If it was something they were not positive about they do not hear around the bush! Fixed my car and even stand behind their work. The lady at the front desk is amazing so friendly and goes beyond to do her job! Thank you!

    Charlie's Service is THE place to go for RV work! We were from out of town and Charlie's fit us in last minute on two different occasions. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and friendly. Shoutout to everyone working there from the front to back office and the shop. BIG Shoutout to Gilberto who truly went above and beyond in helping us! Not only did they fix what we came in for but they helped us with numerous other items while we were there. All in all, terrific service at a very reasonable price!!
